TPM / Agile Delivery
Technical Program Manager & Agile Delivery Lead for messy, high-stakes work.
I turn chaos into operating systems teams can actually use — clear ownership, better handoffs, cleaner vendor processes, and technical programs that keep moving.
Operating loop
Ambiguity → ownership → execution → repeatable systemImpact snapshot
Proof that the messy work got organized.
Selected work
Case studies in turning unclear work into systems.
A few examples of where I created ownership, aligned teams, and helped technical work land under real constraints.
Cloudflare
Building Cloudflare’s IT M&A Integration Playbook
Creating ownership where none existed
Built the operating model for post-close IT integration across acquired vendors, applications, ownership, procurement, security, and executive reporting.
- 7 acquisitions supported
- Vendor timelines reduced from ~2 years to ~6 months
- Seven-figure vendor exposure decisions accelerated
- Finance, Procurement, Security, Product, IT, and M&A aligned
Cloudflare
Migrating Cloudflare Search from Coveo to Algolia
High-pressure vendor migration before a major public event
Aligned internal teams and vendor partners to replace a customer-facing search platform before a high-traffic company event.
- $2M saved over three years
- Customer-facing search stabilized before Birthday Week
- Marketing, Docs, and Support stakeholders aligned
Megalomedia
Scaling Megalomedia’s Production Infrastructure
Building the technical backbone for business growth
Scaled storage, backup, facilities, and production infrastructure as the company grew from boutique documentary work into reality television production.
- 1PB+ active edit storage and backups
- Growth from ~1 hour/year to ~50 hours/year of TV
- Infrastructure built under real budget constraints
More proof
Different environments, same operating pattern.

Rubrik Backup Modernization
Responsible delivery through organizational uncertaintySupported Oracle database infrastructure and backup audit work, helped move backup strategy away from LTO toward Rubrik/cloud infrastructure, participated in vendor RFP work, implemented the new approach, worked with Rubrik CSMs, and trained the DBA team on backup and restore processes during acquisition and layoff uncertainty.Cloudflare
FedRAMP High IT Scope
Translating compliance requirements into executable technical workCoordinated FedRAMP High-related IT scope across Jira and cloud computing workstreams, including AWS, GCP, and Azure. Worked with Security, Jira admins, cloud project owners, and changing stakeholder groups to convert requirements into deadlines, migrations, ownership, and follow-through.How I work
Program management that gets operational.
I translate ambiguity into ownership.
Who owns this? What decision is missing? What needs a deadline, a ticket, a dashboard, or a better handoff?
I speak both technical and business.
I can work with engineers, admins, vendors, finance, security, legal, executives, and non-technical stakeholders without losing the thread.
I get hands-on when the work needs it.
I do not just schedule meetings. I build dashboards, create tickets, draft SOPs, chase blockers, document decisions, and keep the system moving.
I leave behind systems teams can keep using.
The goal is not heroic one-time execution. The goal is a process the team can keep running after the project is stable.
Career timeline
From hands-on systems ownership to cross-functional technical programs.

Outside work
Systems show up at home too.
Outside of work, I’m usually making pizza or bread, working in the garden, or spending time with my two boys and our Westie. I like systems at home too: sourdough schedules, garden beds, pizza dough hydration, and the occasional over-engineered backyard project.
